U17 Men

2023 saw the introduction of the U17 Men's grade into the Netball New Zealand U18 Competition. 

This year we are excited to announce that we have appointed a U17 Men’s Coach who we will work alongside to build up a Men’s representative programme over the next two years.  

More information will be updated here regarding tournaments and training schedules.

Open Women's 

This year our Open Women's teams are heading away to Auckland. We endeavor to have the trial dates communicated to the community in JUNE to ensure that players can organize leave and pay fees to attend. 

More information will be updated here once the two Coaching Team appointments have been made.

Netball Manawatu Representative Trial Eligibility

All players eligible for selection:

• must be UNDER the respective age as at 1 January the year of trials.
• must be affiliated and competing in a Netball Manawatu competition (excluding U18 & Mens)
• must be able to attend ALL trials, trainings, team activites, and tournaments.
• agree to abide by the Netball Manawatu Code of Conduct and Ethics (available on the NM App or website).
• agree to pay fees as set down in the schedule of fees.

All parents and spectators associated with players eligible for selection agree to abide by the Netball Manawatu Code of Conduct and Ethics (available on the NM App or website).
