Netball Manawatu are making the decision to cancel all netball for Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 August rather than wait for further information from Netball New Zealand as their announcement has now been delayed to follow the update from the Government.

We prioritise enabling play in safe, engaging and controlled environments but also recognise the earlier communication is made, the better for our community.

Additionally, Pita Pit Intermediate netball and Moore Law Premier netball will only happen this Monday 17 and Tuesday 18 August if we are in Level 1. If it is Level 2 or above, there will be no netball.

We will send out further communication of this after today’s 5.30pm announcement from the Prime Minister.
